Advierte la Sala Plena que las objeciones formuladas por el peticionario no se ajustan a ninguna de las causales señaladas por la Corporación para que sea procedente la declaración de nulidad de sus decisiones.
Indica además que los reclamos sólo son una reiteración de las razones consignadas en la solicitud de tutela, las cuales fueron analizadas con detenimiento y desestimadas en la sentencia frente a la cual se depreca la nulidad.
